An Eastport South Manor High School teacher suspended by the school district in April was arrested on Monday after Suffolk County Police said he inappropriately touched a female student last year and also asked her to send him pictures of herself in her underwear.
Felipe Argueta, 35, of Mount Sinai, who taught Spanish at the high school, was arrested on Monday afternoon at his Westcliffe Drive home, police said. He was charged with a single count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor
